Please note that the shipping times are estimates provided by Royal Mail actual shipping times may take longer, especially at peak times for example before Christmas and Valentine's Day, please order early around these dates.

Returns and exchanges

We doubt you will wan't to return our cards but the option is there if you need it!

If you are not completely satisfied with your card we accept returns for a full refund minus the shipping cost. The item must be returned to us within 31 days and in its original, unopened condition.

Return shipping cost are the responsibility of the buyer, we can not be held responsible for items damaged or lost in a return shipment. The refund will be processed to the original payment method once we receive the item, please allow 1-2 weeks for your bank's processing time.

Although we ship your orders straight away, occasionally items can get delayed in the post, if you are worried about your order then you can contact us at and we will do our best to help.

Please make sure you have waited for the full delivery window to pass and checked that the shipping address is correct (If you are a USA customer then this includes your full 9 digit zip code).

Please note that orders are more likely to be delayed at peak times of the year, such as around Christmas and Valentines Day when the postal services and customs boarders get a lot busier so please allow some extra time during those periods.

Unfortunately once the item is sent we are unable to change the address, we send items on either the same or next working day so its important to contact us straight away.

You will not recive a tracking number unless you have selected a tracked postal service. We are able to see details on our system so get in touch if your order is late.
